iRemember was created to make life story publishing simple, personal, and within reach for everyone.
Tania Rose
Tania Rose is a co-founder of iRemember, driven by a deep belief that every person's story matters. She has worked in the environmental sector within state government since 2006 and holds a degree in Advanced Science (Zoology), with a particular interest in animal behaviour - a background that has shaped her appreciation for connection, patterns and the richness of lived experience.
Earlier in her career, Tania co-founded Tales to Treasure, a bespoke service creating life story books through personal interviews and photographs. Through that work, she witnessed firsthand the power of reflection - how telling a story can bring meaning, clarity and connection not just for families, but for the storyteller themselves.
She also saw how time-intensive and inaccessible the process could be. iRemember was created from that insight - to offer the same depth and meaning, in a way that is simple, personal and within reach for everyone.
Vince Leat
Vince is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with deep expertise in strategy, customer experience, digital innovation, and AI. He is the Co-Founder of iRemember, an AI-powered storytelling platform that transforms spoken stories into beautifully written keepsake books, helping individuals and families preserve their stories for generations.
He has a strong track record of founding and scaling innovative data and analytics businesses across Asia, including a successful digital analytics consultancy operating in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Vince has held senior leadership roles with organizations including IBM, Accenture, Teradata, Think Big Analytics, Alphazetta, Grand Lisboa Palace, and St.George Bank. His industry experience spans financial services, fintech, telecommunications, airlines, hospitality, casinos, retail and luxury customer engagement.
Having lived and worked in Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, and Macau, Vince brings a global perspective and a passion for combining technology, storytelling and human connection to create meaningful customer experiences.
